Terms of service

These are the working terms of the CustomerSpring website service, stated plainly. Customers receive a written agreement covering the same terms before any payment is made — and if anything here ever conflicts with your signed agreement, the signed agreement wins.

The service

For $199 per month, CustomerSpring designs and builds a custom replacement website for your business and provides hosting, maintenance, security, and routine updates on an ongoing basis. Routine updates and small functional improvements are included. Substantial projects — custom applications, complex integrations, major redesigns — are scoped and quoted separately before any work begins.

Term and renewal

The initial agreement runs 12 months. This is what allows us to build your complete website with no upfront charge. After 12 monthly payments, the service continues month-to-month and you may cancel at any time.

Ownership

Your domain name, brand, content, photographs, customer and lead data, and analytics and advertising accounts are yours from day one. After 12 completed monthly payments, you also own the completed, deployed website. If you leave after the initial term, we hand the website over to you and you arrange hosting and support elsewhere. CustomerSpring retains ownership of its internal tools, frameworks, and deployment infrastructure used to build and operate sites.

Your old website

Before we replace an existing website, we archive it. If you ever need something from it, it's saved.

Growth services

Customer-acquisition ("growth") services are optional, separate engagements with their own scope and pricing. Any advertising budget is paid by you directly to the advertising platform, in accounts you own.
