The terms, in order

  1. We build your site first — free

    The prototype costs nothing. You only sign up if you see the concept and want it.

  2. $199 a month, 12-month initial agreement

    The agreement is what lets us build your complete site with no upfront charge. Twelve payments come to $2,388 — less than many businesses pay for a website alone, and this includes a year of hosting, maintenance, and updates.

  3. After 12 payments, you own the website

    The completed site becomes yours. No buyout, no transfer fee, no re-negotiation.

  4. Then it's month-to-month

    Keep us on for hosting, maintenance, and updates at the same $199 — or leave any time after the first year, and we hand the site over so you can host it elsewhere.

What's yours is yours. From day one.

Some web companies quietly keep control of your domain or your content, so leaving them means starting over. We think that's wrong, so our agreement says the opposite:

  • Your domain name is yours
  • Your business name and brand are yours
  • Your content and photos are yours
  • Your customer and lead data are yours
  • Your analytics and ad accounts are yours
  • And after 12 payments, the completed website is yours too

We also archive your old website before we replace it — nothing is lost, ever.
