Who are you, and how long have you been around?

CustomerSpring is new. The company behind it isn't — it's a service of Moore Tech LLC, an Orlando software company that's been building custom tools for customers since 2005. Same people, same phone number. Meet us here.

Why is it only $199 a month? What's the catch?

There isn't one. We've invested heavily in modern tools and a streamlined way of building and maintaining sites, so professional work doesn't need agency prices. The 12-month initial agreement is how we recover the cost of building your site without charging you thousands up front.

Do I really own the website after a year?

Yes. After 12 monthly payments, the completed website is yours. If you ever leave after that, we hand it over and you arrange hosting elsewhere. Your domain, content, and data are yours from day one.

What if I need changes to my site?

Call or email us and tell us what you need. Routine updates and small improvements are included in your monthly price — that's the point of the service. Bigger projects get a simple quote first.
